Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall, despite a few minor issues. The rooms were really well appointed and spacious, but some elements were missing and not promptly addressed. Although the bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, I would still consider staying there again due to the fantastic overall experience.
I was delighted with the spacious room offering a fantastic view, but disappointed by the absence of a table in the corner room. The staff, although exceptionally friendly and helpful, lacked competence in addressing maintenance issues promptly. The location was fabulous, allowing easy access to the city center and nearby attractions, with stunning views of the river. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the juicing station, though the pricing for some meals was a bit steep.
The hotel had one of the better rooms in Brisbane, with lovely views, but the lack of a table in the corner room was inconvenient and the check-in wasn't smooth. The service was mostly great, aside from a billing mistake during checkout. The location was fantastic near the City Hopper ferry terminal, offering stunning views and easy access to restaurants. Dining was a mix of nice surprises and struggles. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were beautiful and lovely, although they needed a bit of dusting. The service, except for Tom and the concierge staff, was underwhelming for a hotel of this level but always polite. The location was excellent, near the botanical gardens and riverside walkway, making it easy to explore the city. The dining experience was a bit of a shambles with minimal healthy choices. Overall, a mixed but enjoyable experience.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were impeccable, very comfortable, and offered great views, although they weren't ready at the check-in time of 2 pm. The hotel is located in a wonderful area near the Brisbane river foreshore and is just perfect. The service was excellent, making my stay calm and relaxing, even though there were some minor issues with the service lift. The dining experience was very nice, but could use some improvements. Overall, highly recommended!
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mix. The rooms were quite old-fashioned, and the air-conditioning had a hard time keeping up. However, the location was fantastic, just a short walk to Eagle Street and the city. The hotel had everything we needed, except for a freezer in the fridge, which was a bit inconvenient. On the downside, I found it to be a bit too expensive for what it offered.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and clean, but could do with some upgrades for better views. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dining options were good, although a bit pricey. The location was convenient for exploring Brisbane.
Overall, the hotel offers spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, but it seems that the management is cutting corners. The service is friendly, though the hotel doesn't quite reach a 5-star standard. The location by the Brisbane River is excellent for exploring the city. The dining experience can be average, and the facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel offers a spacious room with a half-wall separating the bed area, nice sheets, and a large bathroom with a separate toilet. While the room was well appointed and very clean, the price of $57 a night was higher than expected. The service was a bit chaotic during the first night for a tour group meal, but the staff were friendly and efficient overall. The location provides exceptional views of the river and easy access to nearby attractions, although a persistent moldy smell affected the stay. The dining experience was good, but there were minor issues with the breakfast delivery. The hotel offers various facilities, including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, welcome drink, and happy hour.
The hotel offers lovely and spacious rooms that were very clean, super quiet, and had excellent blackout curtains. The service was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location is excellent, close to various amenities and with a beautiful view of the Brisbane River. The dining experience was average, but the facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully presented, clean, and offered a great view of the Brisbane river. However, they weren't ready at 2 pm as expected, and could use some modern interior upgrades. The location was fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from the City Hopper ferry terminal, offering easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was top-notch with a fantastic selection of dishes, but there were some issues with the service, particularly during check-out. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives, but a memorable stay.
The hotel offers beautifully clean rooms with a romantic view of the Story Bridge, but service could be more prompt. The staff is friendly and professional, always trying their best to assist. The location, though stunning and relaxing, could use a makeover. Dining is excellent, albeit limited in selection. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the motel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were amazing, the best I have ever experienced, and I cannot fault them. The peace and quiet were so relaxing, and despite an issue with payment at check-in, I still give it top marks!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful with spectacular views over the river, although slightly dated. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, though there were some delays in resolving issues. The location was excellent, with easy access to great walking paths and amenities. The dining experience was superb, and the facilities were well-maintained.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely with a great view of the River, but I have to say they were not very large for parents with a baby. However, they were spacious and very comfortable overall. The service was exceptional - the staff were friendly, helpful, and went above-and-beyond to make our accommodation, ceremony, and reception perfect. The location was superb, right next to the Botanic Garden and the River Boardwalk, with amazing views of the Storey Bridge. However, after 7 nights, things took a slight dip on our last morning. The dining experience had its ups and downs; while the buffet arrangements were not that good, we were pleasantly surprised with a delightful dessert platter delivered to our room for my husband's birthday. Overall, the hotel has great facilities, and I appreciated the view, easy access, and comfortable bedding. Two positive aspects were the beautiful views and welcoming staff, while the downside was the limited dining options and the less-than-ideal buffet arrangements.
