STAMFORD PLAZA BRISBANE, Brisbane – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mix. The rooms were quite old-fashioned, and the air-conditioning had a hard time keeping up. However, the location was fantastic, just a short walk to Eagle Street and the city. The hotel had everything we needed, except for a freezer in the fridge, which was a bit inconvenient. On the downside, I found it to be a bit too expensive for what it offered.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and clean, but could do with some upgrades for better views. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dining options were good, although a bit pricey. The location was convenient for exploring Brisbane.

While the room was well appointed and very clean, the price of $57 a night was higher than expected. The dining experience had its ups and downs; while the buffet arrangements were not that good, we were pleasantly surprised with a delightful dessert platter delivered to our room for my husband's birthday. Overall, the hotel has great facilities, and I appreciated the view, easy access, and comfortable bedding. Two positive aspects were the beautiful views and welcoming staff, while the downside was the limited dining options and the less-than-ideal buffet arrangements.
