Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the botanical garden and the ease of accessing the city center. The rooms are frequently described as spacious, offering comfortable accommodations and, in many cases, pleasant views of the Brisbane River. The bathrooms are also noted for their generous size. the location was really good, and the view really delivered. i found the bed quite comfy. the staff seemed helpful, especially at the front desk.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in a corner of the room. it was hardly noticeable, but there.

i had a beautiful room, and it featured nice amenities. there was a phone in the bathroom. a television. i felt it a good touch, but the shower felt somewhat small though with powerful pressure.

inconsistent water temperaturetired pool
I was pretty annoyed about a few things. the hot water was inconsistent. It took ages for it to warm up in the shower (it shouldn't happen at this price). the pool area was also a letdown. it looked tired and some areas needed a serious scrub. Definitely not the relaxing vibe i was hoping for.

the hotel's proximity to the cbd was so convenient , and the botanical gardens right next door were a bonus. my room provided amazing views of the river and story bridge , a wonderful sight to wake up to. the gym , pool , and sauna were great to have available.
the parking situation was a bit frustrating , i paid for it but the public car park was great. the phone in my room was set to 'do not disturb' , this made ordering room service difficult. it was disappointing to not receive anything complimentary for the trouble.
